  18. Now add corn flour(mix with little water).
  19. NOTE: use wooden spoon for mixing.. (Steel spoon do not thicken your soup).
  20. Cook for 10 min...
  21. Now switch off the flame...
  22. Immediately add egg white (do not beat just separate yolk with white).
  23. Pour in circle direction.. wait 1 min then mix.. like this it give actual look to the soup. Restaurant style hot n sour soup
  24. NOTE: do not thick your soup extra as you can see in restaurant it slightly liquidy in texture...
  25. Now add all veggies... Restaurant style hot n sour soup
  26. Give a quick stir and serve hot...
  27. Serve with ready garlic toast and enjoyyy.
