- First clean and wash and soak the toor dal in water for half an hour, after that take a steel container pour the Dal into it add water and keep in to the cooker add salt and turmeric powder n 3 to 4 whistle on medium flame..
- After that open the lid our dal is cook remove the steel container and mash the dal, n chopped the onion and tomato, Coriander leaves, chopped garlic cloves..
- Heat the pan add oil and ghee add cumin seeds fry for a minute,add chopped garlic, red chili and curry leaves n saute for a minutes, add ginger garlic paste asofetidia n onion fry till light brown on medium flame..
- Add tomato some Coriander leaves and mix well, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt n cook for 5 minutes..
- Now, add boil mash dal mix well by adding a water boil the Dal 5 minutes on low flame, add Coriander leaves and again boil the Dal for a minutes..
- For prepare a tadka take a tadka pan heat it n add one tbsp ghee add here's asofetidia, Coriander leaves,.
- Kashmiri lal off the gas flame and our Dal tadja is ready to eat serve hot in a serving bowl pour the tadka into the Dal and coriander leaves..
